    cutting the parsley …
cutting the parsley can be difficult at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s not to bad. If you use curly parsley, you can chop it in the food processor b/c it holds up better than Italien parsley. Chopping is one of the most important techniques in cooking, chopping parsley helps you to make that technique better :)

Hello dede, this is nana, I left you a comment on your site the other day, thank you for the response. And may I say, this was delicious, it is the first of your recipes that I have tried, and it is wonderful, as you stated it is very important to use a very good quality olive oil, thank you so much dede. Oh! and my husband loves this also =)

  24. dedemed Says:

    you can cut down …
you can cut down the olive oil to 1 tsp per serving, remember olive oil is good fat, it’s very good for you skin and has many health benefits. Try my foul recipe,it’s high in fiber and protein and you can limit the olive oil you use in that too.

  25. Stuhletto Says:

    Yeah I could skip …
Yeah I could skip the olive oil right? I’m looking for some low cal lunch ideas.. I was thinking taboule inside a small baked potato.. maybe even taboule on field greens :).. I went to whole foods.. their taboule was 80% bulgur wheat and like 20% parsley.. I’m going to make it myself.. your recipe looks very good!! How do all of you middle eastern women manage to stay so skinny and beautiful? Also, what are some middle eastern snacks?? (low cal preferably)
